Telephone Management

For routine appointments and medication renewals, please make use of our online booking or call the office number during regular office hours 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. The office is closed at lunch from 12 to 1:30 and we will not be taking messages at that time.

You must phone office staff for appointments related to Pap smear, ICBC, Worksafe BC, physical exams, or detailed forms. Please do not use online booking options for these issues.

After hours, there is a system available for contacting your physician for urgent advice. Please listen to the end of the office answering message for this option, but please only use it when you need urgent advice from your physician. This is not for routine messages, renewals or appointments.
